Poor service from Dainfern Square PNA

Worst experience at Dainfern Square PNA. Manageress was rude and not interested in selling the luxury pens. I wanted to buy 2 Cross and 1 Parker pen. I asked her if there are is any discounts for purchasing 3 pens. She rudely said pna is selling the pens on behalf of those brands and this is not their stock. It was clear that she was not interested in assisting or selling the pens. She told me if you not comfortable with purchasing the pens then leave. She then told the sales person she is doing a return and she left rudely. She was more interested in the returns than making a sale for the store. Sad for PNA that they hire such poorly trained managers. No wonder the Dainfern PNA downgraded in 2023 to a smaller store.
