Poor service at Greenstone

I am disgusted with the service provided at the Greenstone branch of your store. <br> Due to the fact the person responsible was not wearing a name badge, I am unable to give her name, but the incident occurred at approximately 1pm. I went to the store seeking a refill for my fountain pen and promptly asked an assistant. This assistant was pleasant but sadly didn't even know what a fountain pen was. She then asked another person for help who was incredibly rude - and berated me saying they only have refills for 'expensive pens' and refusing to even check. I then asked her to please show me so I could check for the refill myself or if she could look for an inkpot which I also utilise as a refill. She was very unhelpful and screamed at me in front of other customers. It is a pity that a loyal customer such as myself would be treated like this but I will never patronise your store again. Please ensure your rude and belligerent staff receive some training!
