Poor Service

Good day good people. I want to register my dissatisfaction with the service i am receiving from PNA rewards desk. Their inquiry line which has been provided if we need assistance *** is working fine but people who are been given task to assist us are treating us like fools. They pick up the line , have talks amongst themselves while you are listing and busy calling on them to assist, then after 15min they hang up. PNA should not make rewards then when we are redeeming them we dont get assistance. If they dont want us to use those rewards they should just inform us period. I am really not happy with PNA and their service is poor.
