PNA watercrest mall

Went to PNA in watercrest mall All the staff are all located behind the counter having a roudy conversation laughing with no interest to any customers walking in and no one on the floor To make the matters worse, some of their products don’t have pricing on them. Eventually get to the counter to pay and to be greeted by here comes the umlungu after approaching the counter and looking for assistance Seriously how unprofessional!!! I will never go into a PNA again!! Or advise anyone to do so
