I went to buy stationery for my daughter, to be precise this is about textbooks. I bought 2x. Afrikaans texts books then I am returning one only to be told I can only exchange. Why must I be told what to do with my money, I don’t want anything else so I will take my money back with pleasure thank you very much. What makes the matter worse is that when I bought books no one told me about not able to get a refund, I have proof of purchase, Within 10 days what more must I have?. There is no policy that I am able to see as a consumer that states no refund in the store or on the receipt. Can I have my refund. Samantha is the manager, I just wish she could make sound decisions, that is only one book I am returning.
