Pna stationery

Unfortunately a terrible shopping experience from Pna N1 City Cape Town

Complaint:Lazy Store Manager

The staff was ok not really to sure if I could email my list and they can print it to get my order for two kids together

At least R3000 worth of stationery at the end the One lady which I assume is the store manager said it can be done

Unfortunately I left home when it was loadshedding so could not print it myself and they just went into loadshedding after I had to wait 30 min to find out if they can assist

I whatsup the :Manger she could open the file and off course she passed her work onto another staff member during the 2hrs I gave them all excited to collect my stationery the staff said she was on lunch and they couldn't open the PDF file they did notify her never seem to bother her because she was on lunch break

I mean it's 2hrs I gave them shop was not busy at all max 8 customers

Sorry PNA your staff needs more customer service training you I will not be back
