PNA STATIONERS - KILLARNEY MALL - DREADFUL

First of all PNA need to get with the program and offer online shopping. It's 2025, hello?!? Secondly, PNA Killarney, what is the point of having floor staff if they do not help the customers. There were 2 members of staff stationed by the text books, they were just standing around looking bored not offering the customers help. When I could not locate a text book (mainly because said staff was standing in the way) I asked for help and the staff member could not help me preferring to go and ask at the cashier for what I was looking for - I could have done this myself! As she walked away I located the book on the shelf myself and called her back. Thanks for nothing really. The cashier was also not friendly at all. They don't deserve jobs!
