PNA Sinoville After visiting the shop today, we realise a very nice spiderman bag for our oldest for school.

After all stationary and bag were purchased for more than R1500 and paid. We realise that no plastic bag was given for the bag. We asked for a plastic bag to hide the surprise for good reason, it was indicated yes if we pay R2. This was really unnecessary for the staff to not ask before payment was made if we need more bags and to be rude to us afterwards regarding this. We proposed to use the PNA card with more than R2 value on it to purchase the plastic bag and this was also not an option. We really feel that your customer service for the day let your brand and company down. Something so small is letting you down and could have been resolved by simply asking before payment is made, "Will that be all?" The rude attitude of staff also gives a bad impression of the day. Was not expecting this from a national stationery store.
