PNA Polokwane Savannah Mall worst service ever

Worst service ever. Savannah Polokwane. Today i took both my sons to Pna Savannah Polokwane. My kids said they were hungry and i bought each of them a pie. On our way to the vape shop, i popped into PNA, my kids were standing outside PNA eating their pies. While inside i spoke to my son, asking him if the 0.7 pen would be fine, he struggled to hear me and moved a little closer to me, which left him a few steps inside the shop. I repeated myself, the security guard at the door, rudely told my son to go out as he is eating. I told him he was standing outside, he struggled to hear me and moved a little closer. The security gaurd said he dont care, and we should leave. I told him that is is rude, and that we will never buy from them again. He told me that's fine as they dont care if we buy from them. I took the stuff in my hands and placed it down on the shelf and we left. We will never buy from PNA again. Never in my life did me nor my kids felt this unwelcomed. The lady at the desk just stood ther with her hands folded, as if she really did not want to work or keep her customers happy or welcomed.
