PnA Pearls abysmal experience

I visited the PnA at Pearls Mall Umhlanga on Saturday 24th May 2025 at 15h45 in order to buy a few acrylic paint colours with my sister and girlfriend. Upon reaching, we see the doors are already closed (we drove at least 45 minutes as there’s no PnA in our area). We knocked on the door and asked the employee to please let us in as we just need a few things from one aisle to which she rep**** “we’re closed”. I then mentioned that we still have some time as closing time shows 16h00 and we really won’t be long. The employee then said they close at 15h50 to “cash up” and said only one of us could go in. The closing times on Google and the page posted on their door says 16h00 and we made the employee aware of this and said the closing times please need to change. She proceeded to slam the door in our face and said “tsek” as she walked away. I rated this experience on Google and noticed there were multiple others with the same experience some for years ago. Seems like this branch doesn't change and is just a bad experience in general. We made notice to Pearls Mall aswell and they said they are not allowed to close before the closing time they give customers
