PNA Pathetic and Pitiful

I visited PNA in Tygervalley. Today another classic example of people working at a store not knowing what products are in the store, where to find them or what to do with them. I asked two separate people working at the store for Transfer glaze/ medium. Both asked me what you do with the product. I explained. The one fled somewhere in between the shelves and started calling a person without advising us if we should follow or wait? Who will ever know. May I remind you this is the largest arts and craft store in the Country. Really. The second person I asked was behind the till. There were 4 people behind the tills not manning the tills but just standing there. The answer I got was and I quote “I am not sure if I can remember if we have the product” Huh? Interesting as none of the two knew what the product was used for in the first place. On another occasion we bought two blades for a paper cutter. The person assisting advised us that we can use these blades in any cutter. When we got home to use it which is 26km away we realised that it does not fit. We then returned the product. PNA Tygervalley refused to take the blades back. We are still to date sitting with blades that cost R176 that we are unable to use. Why hire people who has no passion for the store or the arts. I will not be buying anything ever again from this store. My list for purchasing today included, an easel, transfer paper, 48 oil paint tubes, 3 canvases and a label printer. I would rather wait 3 months or drive 100 kms before I ever, ever go into your sad service store ever again. Your loss for bestowing such pathetic service.
