PNA - No Return Policy.

My wife bought me a book only to find out returning home that I already owned it. The book (pristine condition) together with the purchase slip was returned to PNA (Herm**** Station) requesting that we exchanged this for another book of similar value. The two ladies at the store flatly refused with the statement that they do not allow exchanges.
