PNA NO QUOTATIONS DURING FESTIVE PERIOD

Just went to PNA mall @Reds. I'm being proactive and trying to get a quotation for kids stationary for next year. Just been informed that they don't do quotations cos they too busy. There is no queues I. The store and assistants seem to be available and Still unable to provide assistance. Why should I shop with you if you don't care about me
