PNA Nicol Way does not follow COVID19 guidelines.

Amidst this whole Pandemic it does not seem as if the Staff at PNA Nicole way care in the slightest. The staff all stand in a group with their masks half on (effectively making them ineffective) the staff also dont seem to understand the concept of social distancing as they will brush past you in very close contact through isles that are not even a meter wide. This was the most stressful and horrible experience I've ever had in shops during this stressful time. I would not reccomend them at all because it seems they dont care if you get COVID 19. The staff also constantly touch stuff and dont sanitise the card machines before or after you use them. This Branch is honestly so nonchalant about the situation I dont believe they should be open.
