PNA NELSPRUIT - MONEY PAID, FAULTY PEN RECEIVED - NO REFUND OR SWOP
I bought 1 x PILOT G-2 05 blue pen from PNA Nelspruit for around R40 ( ********** 163128). I took the pen home and threw away the slip (if I had to keep every slip for every pen I buy, I would need a bigger house). Any event, first time trying to write with the pen I discovered that the pen does not write at all. I contacted PNA Nelspruit and a lady by the name of Sonja promptly advised that I can not return or swop the pen. I am stuck with it. A further phone call to Head Office, where I spoke to Yolanda, who advised that the return policy states that you need to have your slip as they experience a lot of theft from the shops. Now, this is not your average situation. I bough A VERY EXPENSIVE PEN which gave me NO worth. So I actually made a donation to PNA Nelspruit. I went there, gave them money and in return received a pen that does not write. Let this be a lesson to me and parents like me. Do not buy from PNA as they refuse to understand that in today's life you can not just simply make donations to their shops - you actually do need to receive WORKING goods in return for your hard earned money.
