PNA Mall of Africa no customer service

PNA mall of Africa, I never come across a more *********** team including the manager. Just not willing to assist with a price on school stationery. When I mentioned PNA greenstone is willing to assist, the manager responded with thank you, you can go to them. How is this attitude meant to be the ambassador of a store, customer service and satisfaction definitely means nothing to PNA mall of Africa .
