PNA HORIZON: Excellent service - going the extra mile!

PNA HORIZON Shopping Centre A HUGE thumbs up to PNA Horizon for going the extra mile! I phoned several PNA outlets in the Krugersdorp area to enquire about a certain school bag in stock, but with no luck. I eventually phoned PNA Horizon, and the manager, *Belinda Baltasar* said that she will come back to me ASAP. A while later, her colleague, *Evelyn* phoned me back and said that they managed to find the specific school bag at one of their outlets in Fourways. Not only did they have the school bag delivered to their store, they also offered to select and pack the rest of my daughter's 2021 school stationery within 24 hours! I managed to pick up the school bag and stationery earlier this morning - everything was carefully selected and ready for us to collect from the friendly and helpful staff members. A massive thank you to the staff for their efforts and for making my life super easy. I will definitely take the trip all the way to Horizon in the future and buy my stationery at PNA Horizon.
