PNA Heidelberg mall Gauteng

My husband and I went to PNA Heidelberg mall as they indicted that would be able to replace some of the part of our child caddi for free. We ordered the part and waited for delivery. When we got there we were informed that we must now pay for it. Which we didn’t have a problem with as it’s a small amount. The issue came when I was te d in the store for my husband to return as he went to go and fetch his wallet. When the tellers were telling each other that my husband is crazy if he thinks he would get a caddi part for free. The manner in which these ladies went about gossiping among themselves about a customer in the open is appalling.
