Pna heathway

So I went to PNA heathway to get a gift wrap for my mother's birthday, I was assisted by a lady named Ansha (spelling) to select the type of wrap fine i then asked her if the store has a gift wrapping service she said yes and notified me that a lady by the name of Getrude will assist me. when I got to the till Getrude was busy with another gentleman and told me that she will attend to me soon. I waited about 10 minutes and there was no sign of Gertrude I then asked one of the ladies who was roaming around the store about Getrudes whereabouts she then asked if I can't do the wrapping by myself as Getrude is in a meeting I was angry by this response and shocked that a store with +-5 employees only one could wrap so i decided I want my gift wrap refund. So I then asked to see the manager there was this lady Susanna who only told me the manager's name and said that she's the assistant manager mind you this lady saw this whole incident take place but didn't care to intervene even after I requested to see my manager She didn't care to apologize for the poor customer service the only thing she said was that the store was only doing a favour in regards to gift wrapping. Now if management carries on like this I'm really disappointed. What a way to spoil my mother's birthday
