PNA FRIENDLY HELPFUL

We had such a nice surprise when we went to PNA Zambezi Junction on 19 Nov 2021 around 12:00. We were friendly welcomed with a smile at the door and asked what she can help us with. Then she accompanied us and showed where we everything we wanted were. At the pay point another friendly welcome by another helpful woman.
