PNA eastgat and Bronx *******

I bought my son a Bronx school bag worth about 1.4k at PNA Eastgate, within a week of use the *****s on the pull handle was out 🤦🏾♀️ I returned the bag for repairs and it’s been 5 weeks now, I called the store at week 3 for an update and since then, nothing from their side, this is frustrating because I was told I’ll pay the loan bag if it breaks. Every morning we have to tighten the *****s because they’re loose just so we don’t loose them and pay a fortune again. For the price tag on the Bronx trolley school bag, IT IS NOT WORTH IT😡
