PNA damaging the Cross, Sheaffer and Parker brands reputation

I am extremely disappointed with PNA!!! For a stationer selling elite pen ranges like Cross, Sheaffer and Parker but NEVER have refills is just pathetic! I’ve spent close to R30 000 already at PNA giving the support adding to my Cross, Sheaffer and Parker pen collection but can NEVER find refills! They are unprofessional and not trained to deal with your upmarket clientele. This poor service and supply is a huge insult to Cross, Sheaffer and Parker brands! They should rather sell their beautiful pens elsewhere where agents can service their clients effectively!!!
