Pathetic service!!!

Bought paint at Rustenburgs PNA and wanted to return it at Greenstones PNA but they dont stock that spesific brand. I understood that but what was pathetic is that they didn't even want to phone a other PNA branch to find out if they stock that brand. They just simply said they can't help me and they can't phone the other branch. Awful service!!!!!
