Pathetic customer service

I recently visited pna heidelberg mall for quotation amounting to 100000 plus was told to come back after 5 minutes when I went back a lady at the counter just told me she can no longer assist me as she had mistakenly deleted the same quote requested by someone before to me it didn't sit well they only looked at me as someone who had no potential of coming back to what do I owed to such treatment maybe they can assist but I could've been a potential customer bringing business to the shop so hurt
