Order Textbooks, Get Some, Then "What Order?", Then Kids Cry

Ensuring your kids have the all the right text books before starting school is not a small feat, so going to a business that specialise in this to help should be a smart move. Alas, this was not the case with PNA.

Day 1: Order needed textbooks with ISBN numbers and take what is available in the store. Pay a deposit and they will organise the others. >>> Rating: Friendly and helpful, 5 out of 5

Day 7: Get a call to come collect some of the outstanding order. Fetch the books. No problem. >>> Rating: A little anoid that not all the books are ready, but still friendly and helpful, 4 out of 5

Day 15: Get a call to come collect the other books, and by the way we made a mistake. We gave you the wrong book before. Please bring it back and will swap it out for the correct one. >>> Rating: 2 weeks is too long, online might have been a better option. Also messing up the order is frustrating but they willing to fix it: 3 out of 5

Day 17: Get to the store to collect rest of order. Give order slips and they go to the back to get them. After a long wait, get asked to also come to the back as there's confusion. They cannot find the books nor can they trace where they are. Get asked "Who called you?" Find the person on the slip. Go find that person. She denies ever calling and sheepishly walks away. Ask about the wrong book that needs to be swapped: "It's not wrong. It's your fault for not double checking Besides, we cannot sell the wrong book, we cannot swap for the another book." Well, I guess we not going to win here. Will have to find another business that specialises in text book sourcing. Kids start school next week :/ >>> Rating: (no comment)

Day 18: Send a complaint to head-office via their website to see if they can be of any help...

Day 21: We wait in vain...

Reviewer Update
Day 25: Got a call from the branch manager due to the complaint logged on the PNA site. He has apologised for the poor service and has sorted out the issues we had.
I take back the last comment "Waiting in Vain" as PNA does react to complaints.
