Misconduct

I had brought my daughter stationary at their shop in mall of Africa, after few days I went to take back typek at thier brunch in greenstone the lady named Joyce said she won't refund me because I didn't buy from thier brunch I must take something else with the money or vouchers I must say she was very rude and impatient
