Lack of Regard for Customer's Time

The store at Campus Square closed half an hour before their actual closing time. I rushed from work to get there because I don't have time in the morning and I urgently needed stationery, but they were closed by the time I arrived at 17h30, despite their sign stating that they close at 18h00. This is incredibly atrocious service and lack of customer support.
