I want my refund whether I have a receipt or not

I bought K53 at PNA Ferndale sometime last year I do not remember the exact time, date or month when I bought it, but due to some reasons I ended up not using the book I do not have a slip and I bought it cash did not swipe any bank card. So today I went to the store for assistance as I do not want it anymore but then I was told that they cannot help without a slip or I must try and remember when did I buy it last year like who the hell would remember when did they buy something sometime last year. When I spent my money they never told me that inorder for them to help me I must remember the exact date when did I buy something that is bull****. PNA I want my money back as the book is still new there isn’t any damage on it and when I spent my money I was told never told about your return policy but all of a sudden I am being told about that can I get help ASAP.
