I had a Very bad experience with PNA CRESTA MALL

I bought Stationery at PNA Cresta to be specific it was textbooks. I found out later that it was the wrong ones. When i went back to return even though i was sick only to be told that they do not exchange nor refund. I even begged the lady that i just want a voucher as i do not need the books as it was the wrong ones, she was so so rude, i am sitting at home with books that i don't need.

I had a very bad experience with Cresta branch.
