I would like to sincerely thank staff at PNA the Glen .. I called in to check availability for a book and they advised me they have stock.. They kept me the loop and gave me courtesy calls just to make sure I still needed the book. I was able to do an exchange with no hassel at all.. All staff are well trained and extremely professional.. Thank you for the great service
