Good customer service

I was looking for a textbook for months with no luck, each time when I got to one of ir stores I was told it was out of stock, today a store associate named Kamo from one of ur branches in carnival mall went extra mile for helping me finding that textbook, he went and check all books from floor even after the system said they don't have he said to me mam can u hold on so I can double check on the floor if there is nothing, then when je sees that they don't have he went back to the system to check which nearest store has it after than he continued and called the retail park branch and lucky they have it in stock 😉 😀, as I'm typing now I'm in my way to East rand retail park, this kind of customer experience is rear to find.
