Going the extra mile - with a smile

I am so impressed with the service I received from PNA @ Cradle Stone Mall. My son needed a book for school. Junaide Krige arranged that the one copy that was in stock at their Fourways branch be couriered to the Krugersdorp branch for me. I was so impressed. On visiting the branch I found that all staff members are eager to assist with a smile.
