Excellent PNA staff

PNA Somerset Mall. I visited this shop on Saturday 1 June 2024, and while loading up artist's supplies I stupidly placed my cellphone on one of the shelves, and, of course, forgot all about it. I was halfway out of the parking lot before discovering my loss. Turned round, hurried into the Mall back to the shop, thinking I've lost the phone, lost all that stored information, and would have to buy a new one. Not this time. The staff discovered the phone and locked it in their safe. I cannot thank the manager and the staff enough, not only for their honesty, but also for their very friendly service every time I visit this shop. This is customer service par excellence.
