Don't go to N1 city PNA

PNA - Colour your World . So disappointed in the terrible service at N1 City PNA. I put an order in with Lydia which was promised to be there a week later. When I went to collect the order , I was made to wait while she was "busy" with a customer (looking at photos) only to find out that it was never put through. When questioned, I was told that her superior was to blame which was clearly not true and then she physically shrugged it off like I need to get over it. This is unacceptable, it's clearly not the first time this has happened (according to the other staff). Now I am left with having to delay my business even further.
