Don't waste your time with PNA

I wasted 5 weeks on a PNA franchise application. I perfectly accept that some applications will not receive favorable consideration. But what I just cannot accept is the indifference of this organisation- they are unresponsive and clearly don't give a hoot that a investor is sitting on the other side, spending money and losing out on other opportunities whilst waiting for their consideration. <br> <br> Weeks will go by past a stated deadline where you cant reach the responsible manager on phone, he does not respond to mails or messages, only to find out that they have made a decision weeks ago and cant be bothered to inform you. No grain of common courtesy.<br> <br> This experience has tarnished the brand in my mind- you can be sure the same indifference will exist in customer service as well.
