Disappointed

I went to PNA this morning and gave then my PNA card only to be told that they have new cards now and you Loose all your points on your old card. So I asked for a new card and I couldn't get one because the system was down. Maybe management should have thought this threw properly and used the old cards and when customers come in advise them of the process and use the points on the old card and then give them a new card. What happens to all the points on the old cards????? Very disappointed with PNA. Is management using the points for their own personal gain????
