Defailt items selling to public

I buy a school bag of R500 in January 2024 for my daugther that starting high school,in March 2024 I took the bag back to the store because of the tread that came loose The manager inform me that they going to sent the bag to supplier to assest wether I can get new bag or a refund.Didn't hear anything grom them until today 25 May when I go to store amd foind oit if their any news just so that the manager can inform me that the bag is being abuse because the paint on the zips came off I mean really my daughter only use the bag for 1 month and I had to buy het another bag. To pay R500 for something that you canmot use is redicoulus really bad service brand School Mate.
