Customer service

My rating is inspired by my visit to the outlet. On Monday early evening, went there to find out more information about some art paper. I was assisted by Chippo, the branch manager. Regardless of the fact that they were about to close, she gave me full attention and even went an extra mile to answer my question. Today I called to follow up on my needs. Unfortunately I could not find her at that moment, however, Lucia - the lady who answered my call, promised to deliver the message to her. After some time, I received the call from Chippo, the manager. So far I am impressed by both physical and telephonic intervention. I hope other customers will receive the same treatment, as the level of customer service is slowly declining in most retail shops, it is encouraging to experience a good service regardless of closing time.
