Client never notified of books received!!

Middle of November 2015, I went to the Mall@Reds branch to order the School books that I required for 2016. I wrote all in the order book and was told that I will be notified when the books arrived. Nobody contacted me, so in Jan I visited the store. Only to find one of my books and the others were put on the shelf and of course, were sold. According to Rika, who apologised that no one phoned me, I will get a book from another store, but one had to be ordered again from the supplier. She then promised to send me a msg to let me know when to collect and what the status was. Again, empty promises. So, I went back again. This time the excuse were, no other store had a book for me, and both books were to be ordered from the supplier. I have been back 4 times and still no books, and not 1 call or sms to let me know what is happening. I ordered, my books were in the store, but Rika or who ever was too lazy or just could not care about the client who were supposed to get the books. It is now middle Feb and I will have to go to a different supplier to get this service. The girl at the cashier referred to the manager as Piet \Someone's\" sister. Piet, get your act together!! "
