Bullying tendencies

PNA Rosebank has been a nightmare to go to. I went there to buy stationery for my university child. I didn't know what a sketchbook was so I asked for help. They then sent Nomaswazi (if not mistaken, something similar to that) to help me. She was screaming at the other colleague and shouting at her, that girl is so unprofessional I have no idea how she got the job. When she got to me I was already fearing for my life and she asked me so rudely "ya they say I must come and help you", she was angry, I was so intimidated and politely just said I'm ok. As she was walking away she was still screaming in an angry voice and she said: " why the hell did you disturb me and say people need help". I was shocked and as a business owner, I would never have an employee as rude as her. She did not only display bad behavior to me but to everyone, she works with. She is not a loud person only, I feel she bullies other employees and I've undergone harassment and bullying in the workplace workshops with top attorneys in the country I honestly didn't like what I was seeing.
