Brilliant customer service

I have read many negative reviews for PNA, but I will be the positive one for the day. I received excellent customer service from Marietjie at PNA Northridge Mall, Bloemfontein. I went into the store with no clue where or how to start with my "project' (as I am creatively challenged), to later leave with stunning ideas and all the tools to get it done. Marietjie was friendly and helpful, and I recommend she get a salary increase!!
