Book Ordered - no effort to call once arrived.
School book out of stock, so order appropriately placed.<br> Two weeks later, still no contact, but when I went into the store, there were lots of copies on the shelf.

They are currently investigating to improve their system to ensure that this will not happen again.
We are aiming to improve our service and to be one of the companies with an excellent customer service and with complaints we are just being made more attempt to the fact that we need to improve and on which areas.
