BEWARE OF THEIR 10 DAY RETURN POLICY!!!!!!!!!

Very unhappy with the the 10 day return policy that is not even stipulated on the reciept, i sent my sister to purchace my daughters stationary at PNA Sunward Park on the 17/01/24 and she mistakenly bought a calculator we already have,because i am at work most of the time i only got time yesterday 10/02/24 which ia not even a month only to be rudly told that the return policy is 10 days by the not so interested or bothered mananger. I asked where that return policy is written on the reciept and she she said it not on the receipt but at the botton of their pay points by the customers FEET and not EYEVIEW. What is the point of putting a return policy where we can't even see it??????? I am very upset aa the mananger didnt even seem care. PS: Went to PNA Eastgate a few days after purchace only go be told that PNA Sunward is a franchise and they could not refund me i need to go back to Sunward.
