Bad service, poor communication from Evelyn and Seleka

I'm not pleased with the service we've received at greenstone. My husband went to buy stationery last week, gave the cashier a list. She gave him wrong things. Like the book was supposed to be spot on mathematics, she gave him platinum, the crayons supposed to be the pencil colours, she gave him, oil one.

Because I trusted them with their job, I took the stationery to school. Teachers returned the crayons and books. Today my husband went back to pna. They don't care about the incorrect items they gave him because he still have the same list. Now I called the store asked for the management, they said his busy. Asked for the supervisor, I spoke to Evelyn. She said she's going to attend the matter. After 15min I called my husband, they still can't help. Called the store again and no Evelyn can't talk to me anymore.

I told my husband to live them on the counter because we don't need them.

I've never experienced such service from any of south African store
