Bad service

I bought my child the expensive largest school bag with wheels and handle last month 15 July 2019 with a year garentee. Today I took it back to Cape Gate branch where I bought it because the handle broke. Now they did not want to exchange for a new bag but they will send it in to be repaired. Now my child has no other school bag and now she must be inconveniance by waiting for them to repair it.
