Bad service, arrogant manager and *********** staff

*********** staff that don't inform clients of their policies when purchasing goods at the shop. Arrogant manager that argue with a customer in front of other customers. I don't know what kind of managerial skills does this woman have to tell me that I am not allowed to buy anything in the store, that I should leave. I believe they are making a lot of money this is why it is not a problem to chase customers away. Store owner not attending to complaints, I have logged a complaint on Wednesday, I am the one doing a follow up and I am always informed that I will get a call back from the store owner but nothing till to date.
