PnA Horizon

I had such a bad experience, I asked for assistance from a lady that works at the store Esther Mekgwe. She had a very bad attitude she doesn’t have customer service all . I felt disrespected she was shouting at me she was actually screaming at me because she wasn’t able to help or she didn’t understand me . I’m honestly disappointed if PnA hires people with no humane who are very rude towards customers. I honestly feel like PnA is a big brand and it doesn’t need such people in store who can’t service their customer’s properly .
