Bad bad service

We went to PNA in Vaal Mall to pay our two high school kids stationery. There were no baksets or trolleys at the door. So we start looking to see if there is some standing around. Two of the staff members were standing each with a trolley with 2 baskets in each. Only some papers in the top basket. We ask if they could please help us we want a trolley. No we our out of trolleys and baskets we cant help you!!! Not one of the staff members even try to assist us. So we walked out. If we were only going to buy a pen or one book this would be okay. But two high school kids it is a lot of shopping that had to be done. So thank you very much for the awsome service you will never see us again!!! And if I look at your reviews your service realy is bad! #PNAMUSTFALL
