Despite paying in full for solar installation including a COC, no COC has been provided by PN Electrical. The owner of PN Electrical (Peter Grove) has blocked myself and my wife on various forms of communication and is ignoring emails. Please don't get caught by this business or Peter Grove. He is also the owner of Malvern Plumbers.
