Poor quality & complaints swept under the rug

We have supported Nicolette & her business for years, but that has now come to an end. We can no longer overlook quality issues & poor customer service. She just does not attend to issues & seems to sweep it under the carpet. The last straw was when she flatout ignored us after we complained about the quality of her perfumes. Over time they seem to now no longer last as long & worse is that we found two that did not even smell remotely like the stock we used to get from her. She can bombard us with her mailing list, but can't be bothered to respond or answer her phone. Thus we are done with her & her company. We're all for supporting small businesses, but not when they start to act exactly like large corporations.
